Shipping & Returns Policy- January 2022
We can ship to any address in the UK. We are unable to ship to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based. The weight of any such items can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies on the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All orders placed after 11.25am Friday will be despatched the following Monday
All orders will be delivered Free of charge using Royal mail 2nd class postage unless otherwise requested
Additional postage services are available, and these are detailed when you go to checkout
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Ideally this should be your original delivery note.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable
